How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days. A few items take longer. Each product page shows the arrival window for that item, counted from the day you order.
Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Some items ship separately so they can go out as soon as they're ready. Each parcel is tracked.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Message us with your order number as soon as possible.
What if something arrives damaged?
Message us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
